Prayer in WP.No.13551 of 2025 is for declaring action of respondents, more particularly respondent Nos.2 and 3, in insisting upon the managements of private unaided educational institutions to furnish Form-1, before 15.05.2025, else threatening with stringent action of derecognizing the schools as being not only arbitrary, illegal and violative of Articles 14 and 19(1)(g) of Constitution of India but also against provisions of Section 18 of Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009 read with Rule 14 of Andhra Pradesh Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Rules, 2010. 3. In WP.No.30075 of 2024, petitioners pray to declare applicability of Rule 14(1) of Andhra Pradesh Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Rules, 2010, which Rules are framed under Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009, insofar as it envisages placing data furnished by management of schools to District Educational Officers in public domain, as arbitrary, illegal and violative of Articles 14 and 19(1)(g) of Constitution of India. 4. It is brought to our notice that WP(PIL).No.180 of 2024 was disposed of on 02.04.2025 by recording the stand of respondents that over one thousand schools have since furnished requisite information in Form-I of Andhra Pradesh Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Rules, 2010 and that number of other schools were yet to furnish information and that 3 HCJ & NJS, J WP_13551_2025 & 30075_2024 entire process was expected to be completed by the month of June, 2025 and it would be thereafter uploaded by District Level Officers of School Education Department on a centralized online portal; proceedings in the said WP(PIL) were thus closed. 5. Learned Government Pleader for School Education informs that information from all schools has since been received and same was uploaded on a centralized online portal. 6. Learned counsel for petitioners fairly submits that prayer in WP.No.13551 of 2025 is not pressed. It is further submitted that grievance regarding information, specifically pertaining to actual salaries of individual teachers as well as income and expenditure of educational institution being displayed on online portal too has been addressed by respondent authorities as this information is being masked on the public online portal on which this information is displayed. 7. Learned Government Pleader for School Education reiterates that this information shall continue to remain masked and shall not be divulged in public arena. 8. In view of the same, learned counsel for petitioner submits that there is no objection to present proceedings in both writ petitions being closed. 4 HCJ & NJS, J WP_13551_2025 & 30075_2024 9.
