Iawim, learned counsel for the applicant, who has submitted that this Court vide order dated 30.04.2026, has given last opportunity to the respondent No. 1 to appear before this Court, however, the said respondent No. 1 has failed to make his appearance today. It is prayed that necessary orders may be passed in this regard. 2. Since the respondent No. 1 has failed to appear, accordingly, matter shall proceed ex-parte against such respondent. 3. Mr. D. Hynniewta, learned counsel is present on behalf of the respondent No. 2. 4. This is an application for condonation of delay in filing the related appeal against the impugned judgment and order dated 03.03.2025 passed by the Court of the learned MACT, Tura, West Garo Hills District in MACT Case No. 1 of 2024. 5. This Court on consideration of the submission made, is convinced that sufficient grounds have been cited to allow condonation of such delay. Accordingly, delay is condoned. 6.
