This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "I. To direct the Court of Additional District Judge-1st, Budaun to decide the Small Causes Case No.02 of 2020, Kamar Miyan Versus Prabhashankar, pending before him as expeditiously as possible within a stipulated period as directed by this Hon'ble Court." 2. Petitioner, before this Court, is a landlord. He had instituted a suit for eviction against the respondent. The matter is pending before the Judge, Small Causes Court, Budaun. The sole prayer made in the writ petition is for directing the Court below to proceed with the matter expeditiously. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, or calling for counter affidavit, the matter is being disposed of with a direction upon Court below to proceed with the matter and decide the Small Causes Case No.02 of 2020, after hearing all the concerned parties, strictly in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merit.
