After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the present application for cancellation of bail, with liberty to file an appropriate application for the same relief before the learned Sessions Judge, Lucknow. 3. In view of the above, the present application is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to approach the learned Sessions Judge, Lucknow. It is further provided that if an application for cancellation of bail is filed before the learned court below within a period of fifteen days from today, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously, preferably within a further period of two months.
