The petitioner by means of the present writ petition has prayed for following relief: "(i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus direct to the respondent authority to take the action in pursuance of inquiry report dated 25.01.2018." 3. The petitioner is complainant and he is not aggrieved by the impugned order as none of the rights of the petitioner is prejudiced by the impugned order. 4. In such view of the fact, the petitioner has no locus standi to file the present writ petition. 5. Consequently, the writ petition is dismissed with no order as to costs.
