Dhar, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that he would like to withdraw the instant petition, taking into account that there has been a further development for which the petitioner has already filed a RSA before this Court which is yet to be listed. 3. Taking into account the above, the instant petition stands closed on withdrawal. 4. It is seen that there is an interim order dated 29.09.2023 passed by this Court in the instant proceedings.
