By means of the instant writ petition the petitioner has challenged the validity of an order dated 15.09.2025, passed by the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Shahabad, District Hardoi, whereby the fair price shop license of the petitioner has been suspended and an enquiry was instituted against him. 5. The learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel appearing on behalf the State has raised a preliminary objection that the petitioner has got an alternative remedy of filing an appeal under Section 13(3) of U.P. Essential Commodities (Regulation of Sale and Distribution Control) Order, 2016. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed in view of availability of alternative remedy. In case the petitioner avails alternative remedy of filing an appeal, his appeal shall be decided in Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Atul Kumar Yadav, Satish Kumar Sharma Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C.
