The petitioner is an accused in connection with Rajnagar PS Case No. 86 of 2024. It has been alleged that the informant was waylaid by miscreants and the bag of the informant was snatched by them. The petitioner had confessed and based on the confession of the petitioner and other accused persons some stolen articles were recovered. However, considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 08.04.2025, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Seraikella Kharsawan in connection with Rajnagar PS Case No. 86 of 2024.
