Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Shri Dhirendra Singh, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State-respondents. 2. This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner has prayed for the following substantial reliefs: "(1) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing to the opposite parties to submit and provide the enquiry report of the Inquiry Committee constituted by the District Magistrate, Pratapgarh i.e. opposite party no. 2 vide his order dated 15-05-2025, contained as Annexure No. 1 to this writ petition. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding to the opposite parties to take action against the guilty if found in the enquiry report of the Inquiry Committee." 3. Shri Dhirendra Singh, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State-respondents has handed over the copies of the inquiry report, show cause notice and other relevant documents to the petitioner in the Court today. 4. In light of the same, no further cause of action remains.
