Sri K.Jyothi Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that basing on the letter addressed by the petitioner, a letter has been addressed to the Registry praying this Court to close the Contempt Case. He further 2 submitted that the authorities have an intention to consider the case of the petitioner and in view of the same, prayed to close the Contempt. 3.
