Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The writ petition has been filed with the following prayer: "A) to issue writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.3 (Nayab Tehsildaar, Tehsil-Mah, Prayagraj) to decide the recall application and decide objections filed by the petitioner in Case No.4016 of 2022, within a stipulated time period as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the recall application of the petitioner is pending consideration before the respondent no.3 and as such, a direction may be issued for expeditious disposal of the same. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that recall application of the petitioner would be decided in a time bound manner. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is hereby provided that the respondent no.3-Nayab Tehsildar, Tehsil-Mah, Prayagraj shall decide the recall application and decide objections filed by the petitioner in Case No.4016 of 2022, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of the order. 6.
