Mr. SMT Chistie, learned counsel for the respondents, on the other hand submits that the order has been complied with and has accordingly submitted an order dated 21.09.2023 issued by the District Elementary Education Officer, Barpeta in that respect. On considering the order dated 21.09.2023 issued by the District Elementary Education Officer, Barpeta it is clear that the petitioner’s representation dated 01.08.2022 has been complied with in terms with the Page No.# 3/3 order dated 26.10.2022 passed in WP(C) 6747/2022.
