The contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner for non compliance of the interim order dated 13.02.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 132 of 2023. Learned counsel for the respondents states that subsequently, the writ petition WP(C) No. 132 of 2023 came to be disposed by this Court on 22.07.2024 and the said interim order was vacated. Further, the learned counsel for the respondents states that the respondents authority has complied with the direction passed by this Court vide order dated 22.07.2024 by producing an order dated 21.10.2024 issued by the Commissioner (Hr. & Tech. Edn.),Government of Manipur before this Court.
