2. This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Triveniganj P.S. Case No.502 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 189(2), 189(3), 195(1), 195(2), 192, 121(1), 121(2), 132, 109(1),
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10218 of 2025(2) dt.28-03-2025 2/2 324(4), 324(5), 125(A), 125(B), 126(2), 115(2), 352 of the Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita, 2023.
3. The petitioners are said to have protested against the police. The allegations are general and omnibus in nature.
4. Considering the fact that there are general and omnibus allegations against the petitioners, this bail application is allowed.
5. Let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within six weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul, in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case No.502 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
