Heard learned counsel for petitioners as well as learned Additional Government Advocate for State. The present petition has been filed to quash the impugned order dated 03/06/2022 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, Lalganj, Pratapgarh in Criminal Case No. 28/2019. Learned counsel for petitioners, after arguing for some time, submits that present petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file a bail application which may be decided in view of law laid down by Supreme Court in "Satender Kumar Antil versus Central Bureau of Investigation and another, Special Leave to Appeal (Cri)No.5191 of 2021" to which learned A.G.A. has no objection. In view of the foregoing, the prayer for quashing the impugned proceedings is declined. However, with regard to the other prayer, it is provided that if the petitioners, namely Manu, Budhna, Anju, and Rani, appear before the trial court within two weeks from today and move an application for bail, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously, in accordance with the principles laid down by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in Satender Kumar Antil v. CBI (supra). While deciding the bail applications, the learned trial court shall take into account that all the petitioners/applicants are women and that applicant no.
