The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Principal District and Sessions Court, Kancheepuram with a condition that “the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders”. Accordingly, they have complied with the condition for 28 days and thereafter, they have come forward with a petition seeking relaxation and the same was dismissed by the learned Sessions Judge, Kancheepuram. Hence, the present petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the very same condition. 3.
