Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AGA for respondents no.1 to 3 and Sri Rajesh Kumar, learned counsel appearing for respondent no.4. 2. Instant writ petition has been filed praying for a mandamus commanding the respondents not to harass the petitioner in pursuance to the FIR no.0478 of 2025 under Sections 316(2), 318(4) and 308(5) of BNS, 2023, Police Station Kotwali, District Unnao. 3. The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that even though the said FIR has not been lodged against the petitioner yet the police are harassing the petitioner and arrive often at the house of the petitioner. 4. Responding Sri Anurag Verma, learned AGA, on the basis of instructions sent by Sri Sanjiv Kumar, Incharge Inspector, Police Station Kotwali, District Unnao dated September, 2025, states that neither the petitioner is wanted in the said FIR nor he is being harassed. He has only been required to ascertain the whereabouts of the main accused. He states that the police would neither be harassing the petitioner nor would be going to his house for the said purpose. 5.
