Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the concerned authorities to consider petitioner for promotion on the post of Senior Lab Assistant from the date of passing of order dated 24.04.2025. 3. Although petition has been filed for a direction to the opposite parties not to effect the order dated 24.04.2025 promoting juniors, learned counsel for petitioner, on the basis of instructions, does not seek to press this prayer at this stage, since consideration is required to be taken into account by the opposite parties. 4. In view of the aforesaid prayer made, without entering into the merits of the case, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the opposite party No.2 with regard to his grievance Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Uttam Kumar Awasthi, Ved Prakash Sharma Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C.
