Present petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India has been filed seeking direction to authority concerned to take a decision on petitioner's application dated 31.07.2025 in light of paragraph 13(ii) of Government Order dated 21.03.2023. 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for petitioner submits that inadvertently correct prayers and pleadings with regard to cancellation of appointment of opposite party no.4 as Anganwadi Worker have not been made nor has any relief been sought for herself and therefore seeks liberty to file afresh. 4.
