Page No.# 2/2 The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was granted interim bail by this Court vide order dated 23.10.2024, wherein pursuing to the directions of this Court that he has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has co-operated in the investigation. Considering fact that the charge-sheet has already been submitted in this case as well as considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has co-operated in the investigation and complied with the order of this Court. The interim bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 23.10.2024 is hereby made absolute subject to the condition that he shall co-operated in the trial.
