This Court stayed all further proceedings pursuant to the impugned tender notice, vide order, dated 24.04.2018. 3. Learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, on instructions, submits that the tender process has not been initiated and the work remains postponed. Consequently, the respondents have not taken any steps towards the tender proceedings. 4. Learned Standing Counsel for the respondents had placed on record the Written Instructions of Superintending Engineer, Municipal Corporation, Kadapa dated 01.04.2025. Keeping in view of the said instructions, this Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.
