On the complaint filed by the petitioner, the police after the investigation laid the charge sheet for the offences punishable under Sections 463, 468, 471, 420, 201 read with Section 34 of IPC. 3. The case was registered on 8.1.2025, and the summons was issued to accused Nos.1 to 3. The petitioner's grievance is that although the case was registered on 8.1.2025, the Trial Court has not framed the charges against accused as of today. 4. Therefore, it is expedient to dispose of the petition directing the learned Prl.
