Case No.502 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 189(2), 189(3), 195(1), 195(2), 192, 121(1), 121(2), 132, 109(1), 324(4), 324(5), 125(A), 125(B), 126(2), 115(2), 352 of the Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita, 2023. 3. The petitioner is said to have protested against the police. The allegations are general and omnibus in nature. 4. Considering the fact that there are general and omnibus allegations against the petitioner, this bail application is allowed. 5. Let the petitioner above named, in the event Patna High Court CR. MISC.
