No. 12/2024 has frame charges under section 450,367(2)(n) and 506 Part II of Indian Penal Code against the present applicant. (C)That this Hon'ble may kindly be pleased to further pass any other order in favour of applicant as it may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case. 2 Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the present case, the trial is at the verge of its conclusion. 3 In view of the same, the present revision is dismissed on this ground alone. 4 It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the case and the trial Court is at liberty to proceed with the trial and conclude the same expeditiously, if the same has already not been concluded. 5 The Registrar (Judicial) is directed to communicate this order to the concerned trial Court forthwith.
