Heard Shri Salik Ram Tiwari, learned Counsel for the petitioners and learned AGA for the State. 2. Counter affidavit filed today on behalf of the State by learned AGA is taken on record. 3. Learned AGA submits that during investigation, involvement of the petitioner no.1-Ajay alias Ajay Kumar Harijan in the crime has not been found, therefore, his name has been dropped, however, since incriminating evidence has been found against petitioner no.2-Akhilesh and petitioner no.3-Awadhesh and co-accused Kamlesh Kumar, therefore, the Investigating Officer has prepared the charge-sheet, bearing No. 197 of 2025 dated 01.10.2025, against them and forwarded it to the Supervisory Authority. Thus, the present writ petition has lost its efficacy and has become infructuous. 4. In view of above, the present writ petition is dismissed as infructuous .
