the G.O.Rt.No.353, Municipal Administration and Urban Development (VIG.III) Department, dated 25.04.2025 issued by the respondent No.1 in extending my period of suspension until further orders, instead of reinstating me into service as per G.O.Ms.No.22, General Administration (Ser-C) Department, dated 29.02.2024, that too assigning any reason whatsoever as to why my suspension is liable to be extend until further orders as arbitrary, illegal, colourable exercise of power, contrary to the parameters laid down in G.O.Ms.No.22, General Administration (Ser-C) Department, dated 29.02.2024 and also the well-established legal principles apart from being violative of the fundamental rights guaranteed to me under Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent No.1 to reinstate me into service by setting aside the G.O.Rt.No.353, dated 25.04.2025 issued by him and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the

This writ petition is filed questioning G.O.Rt.No.353, Municipal Administration & Urban Development (VIG.III) Department, dated 25.04.2025 issued by Respondent No.1 in extending the order of suspension until further orders as illegal and arbitrary. 2.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the Petitioner that subsequent to the filing of the writ petition, the interim order has been revoked vide G.O.Rt.No.1299, Municipal Administration & Urban Development (A) Department, dated 17.11.2025 and in that view the cause in the writ petition does not survive. 3. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.
