2. Petitioners have been made accused in connection with Karmatar P.S. Case No. 01 of 2025 corresponding to POCSO Case No. 13 of 2025 for the offences registered under section 70(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 4 and 6 of POCSO Act, pending in the court of learned Special Judge, POCSO Act, Jamtara.
3. During the intervening period between 02 /05.01.2025, Informant was kidnapped by the petitioners and was taken to Alampur Forest and thereafter, on the same day, she was released.
4. It was submitted that there is delay of three days in lodging of the FIR. It was further submitted that the Informant has stated that while she was returning home, petitioner no. 1 dashed her mother by his motorcycle, due to which, she sustained fracture in her hand.

Statement of the mother of the victim has been recorded at para-98 of the case diary in which she has stated that she has sustained fracture in her hand due to the accident and she was not hit by the motorcycle. There is no allegation that the petitioners had subjected the victim to any sexual assault.
5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, POCSO Act, Jamtara in connection with Karmatar P.S. Case No. 01 of 2025 corresponding to POCSO Case No. 13 of 2025.
