Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition inter-alia with the prayer to direct the respondents to remove the respondent no.6, who had conducted irregularities as per the provision of Section 95(1) G of U.P. Panchayat Raj Act, 1947. 3. Instructions dated 17.04.2025 under the signature of District Panchayat Raj Officer, Muzaffarnagar is placed by the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents before this Court, is taken on record. 4. From the perusal of aforesaid, it is clear that inquiry is still going on against the respondent no.6-Village Gram Pradhan. 5. It is argued by the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State-respondents that final decision will be taken in the matter by the competent authority, expeditiously. 6. In the facts and circumstances of the case and also in the interest of justice, the present petition is disposed of directing the competent authority to take final decision in the matter most expeditiously, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
