Learned A.G.A., on the basis of instructions received from Sri Jayanti Prasad, Sub Inspector, Police Station Tulsipur District Balrampur, submits that the charge-sheet has been forwarded to the Court on 18.09.2025. The said instructions are taken on record. 4. In view of above, this petition is misconceived and is hereby dismissed.
