Hazarika, learned counsel appearing for the respondents No. 4 and 5, has placed on record the Office Memorandum dated 08.08.2022, pertaining to the guide lines framed with regard to the standard procedure for issuance of Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes/ More Other Backward Classes certificate. In terms of the said Office Memorandum, applications are required to be filed by the intending applicant for issuance of such certificate, online. Mr. A. Sarania, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would make appropriate application in terms of the Office Memorandum, dated 08.08.2022. He further submits that petition be permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner submit an application in accordance with the Office Memorandum dated 08.08.2022, for issuance of a Scheduled Tribe Certificate in favour of his daughters. In view of the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition stands dismissed on withdrawal, with liberty as prayed for.
