An affidavit along with deferment application has been filed today, which is taken on record. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the order of the writ Court dated 23.04.2025 has been complied with and the application has been decided on 23.03.2026, copy of which, has been brought on record as Annexure 4 to the said affidavit. 4. In view of said fact, as the order of writ Court has been complied with and application for restoration has been decided by the officer concerned, present contempt application is rendered infructuous and the same stands dismissed. 5.
