Heard the learned counsel for applicants and the learned AGA for State. 2. The present petition under Section 482 CrPC has been filed for the cancellation of non-bailable warrants issued against the applicants; (i) Sanjay Agarwal aged about 59 years, (ii) Purshottam Narain Shukla aged about 76 years, (iii) Mayank Shukla aged about 46 years and (iv) Prabhat Shukla aged about 50 years in Criminal Case No.4842 of 2018 arising out of Case Crime No.281 of 2017 under Sections 323, 447 IPC, Police Station-Gangaghat, District-Unnao, passed by learned ACJM-II, Unnao. Both the offences are bailable offence. 3. In view of all consideration, the impugned order dated 5.6.2023 issuing the non-bailable warrants against the applicants is hereby converted into bailable warrants. 4. All the applicants are hereby directed to appear before the learned trial court for further proceeding of the case. 5. In case of non-appearance of applicants and if exemption application has been filed, then the same shall be allowed not less than a cost of Rs.100/- on each of the applicants or as the court deems fit and reasonable.
