Heard Shri Piyush Pathak, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.G.A. appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 4 and Shri Virendra Singh Yadav, Advocate holding brief of Shri Vaibhav Prakash Jaiswal, learned counsel for the respondent No.5. 2. The instant petition has been filed praying for quashing of the F.I.R. No.0257 of 2025, under Sections 351(3) of BNS, 2023 and Sections 3/4 of D.P. Act, 1961, lodged at Police Station Kakori, District Lucknow Pashchimi (Commissionerate Lucknow). 3. Upon filing of the petition, this Court, vide order dated 01.09.2025, considering the compromise as had been entered into between the parties on 20.08.2025, had sent the said compromise for being verified before the learned court concerned. 4. The learned court has verified the said compromise and submitted its report dated 22.09.2025 per which the compromise has been verified vide order dated 18.09.2025. 5. Considering the aforesaid and the parties having compromised and the same having been verified by the learned court Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Piyush Pathak, Vipul Tripathi Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A., Vaibhav Prakash Jaiswal Rohit Gautam @ Prince And Others .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Home, Civil Sectt.Lko. And Others .....Respondent(s) concerned, the petition is allowed and the F.I.R. No.0257 of 2025, under Sections 351(3) of BNS, 2023 and Sections 3/4 of D.P. Act, 1961, lodged at Police Station Kakori, District Lucknow Pashchimi (Commissionerate Lucknow), a copy of which is annexure 1 to the petition, is quashed. October 6, 2025 S.
