The petitioners have preferred these bail applications under Section 483 of BNSS in FIR No.59/2025 registered at Police [2025:RJ-JP:29118] (2 of 3) [CRLMB-6819/2025] Station Madanganj, District-Ajmer for offences under Section 308(4) of BNS. 2. Since both the bail applications have arisen from common order, hence, they are being decided by this single order. 3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. As per the charge-sheet, allegations against the present petitioners are to raise the demand of rupees ten lakh for the purpose of extortion. Petitioners are behind the bars since 06.04.2025.
