Call for the records of the case; 2. To Quash the FIR bearing number 320/2026, registered at Police Station - Nandghat, District Bemetara and entire challan bearing number 409-C/2016 in so far as the petitioner is concern; 3. To Quash the entire criminal proceedings drawn against the petitioner in criminal case no. 03/2017 pending before the learned Special Judge, Bemetara (under The Chhattisgarh Protection of Depositors Act 2005), District - Bemetara (C.G.) 4. And to grant any other relief which this Hon'ble Court may deem it appropriate, in the interest of justice. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition as charges have been framed in the present case on 28.03.2025. 4. Permission is granted. 5.
