The present application under Section 528 of B.N.S.S. has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to quash the order dated 23.12.2024 passed by Additional Sessions Judge/Special Judge, POCSO Act, Etah, in Criminal Revision No. 82 of 2024, whereby revisional court affirmed the order dated 22.1.2024 passed by C.J.M., Etah, in Complaint Case No. 7606 of 2023 under Sections 323, 453, 506(1) of I.P.C. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
