No one is present on behalf of the parties whereas learned A.G.A. for the State is present. 3. This petition has been filed with the following prayers. " a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby commanding to the opposite parties specially to the police authorities not to harass petitioners in any manner and not to adopt any coercive process against the petitioners on the basis of their marriage being solemnized and not to create any hindrance in their married life. b. a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby commanding to the opposite parties specially to the police authorities not to harass petitioners under the threat of their arrest until and unless there is any criminal case registered against them." 4. Learned A.G.A. on the basis of instructions has submitted that no F.I.R. is registered in the matter and only a missing report was lodged on 19.01.2024, which is recorded at Rapat No.04 of 2024. The instructions are taken on record. 5. It has also been submitted that both the petitioners are major in age and they have married with each other by their own free will on 24.01.2024 and police is not interfering in the peaceful life of the petitioners, Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Dinesh Kr.
