HIGHCOURT OF ANDHRA PRADESH AT AMARAVATI MAIN CASE No: CRIMINAL PETITION No. 5788 OF 2025 PROCEEDING SHEET Sl. No. DATE ORDER OFFICE NOTE 07. 10.09.25 Dr.YLR,J. I.A.No. 1 OF 2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner has complied with condition No. 2 imposed by this Court by order dated 23-06-2025 in Criminal Petition No. 5788 of 2025 only once. This Court directed the petitioner to appear before the S.H.O. concerned twice in a week i.e. on every Sunday and Thursday between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. till filing of charge sheet. So far, charge sheet has not been filed. The order was passed on 23-06-2025. Even after not completion of at least six months, the present application is filed seeking for relaxation of the condition. In fact, the petitioner has not at all complied with the condition at least thrice. There are no bona fides in the petition. Once condition is imposed, the petitioner is bound to follow and scrupulously comply with it. If the petitioner does not comply with the conditions imposed by this Court, the investigating officer is at liberty to move appropriate application seeking for cancellation of the bail. There are no merits in the application. Hence, the application is dismissed. _________ Dr.YLR,J. JSK
