The present application has been filed under Section 482 of BNSS seeking anticipatory bail apprehending arrest in FIR No.60 of 2025, under Sections 105 BNS, Police Station Kotwali Sareni, District Raebareli. 3. The applicant was granted interim anticipatory bail vide order dated 23.6.2025. 4. No material has been filed to indicate that the applicant is not cooperating with the trial. In view thereof, the anticipatory bail is extended till the conclusion of trial. 5. The sureties furnished vide in pursuance to order dated 23.6.2025 shall remain valid till conclusion of trial. 6.
