By this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the petitioner seeks quashing of the FIR bearing Crime No. 0333/2024, registered at Police Station, Mandir Hasaud, District Raipur, for the offences under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 120-B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and the order dated 23.03.2024 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First class, Raipur, in a Criminal Complaint bearing No. Unregistered/2023, filed by the respondent No. 2. 3. At the outset, Mr. Tripathi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition on the ground that after filing of this petition, investigation has been completed and the police has also filed its charge sheet and as such, he may be granted liberty to take recourse to law, if so warranted. 4. Learned counsel appearing for other side have no objection. 5. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to law before the appropriate forum, if so advised.
