By means of this petition, the petitioner has assailed the impugned FIR bearing FIR/Case Crime No.0252 of 2025, under Sections 3(2) (va), 3(1)(Gh), 3(1)(D) of SC/ST Act and Sections 351(3), 109(1), 115(2), 118(1), 352, 3(5) of B.N.S. 2023, Police Station-Jaidpur, District- Barabanki. 4. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner has requested that the petitioner may be given liberty to file anticipatory bail application before the competent court of law and direction may be issued to decide the same with expedition. 5. Therefore, without entering into merits of the issue and considering the aforesaid request of learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is permitted to file anticipatory bail application before the competent court of law within a period of two weeks from today and if the anticipatory bail application is filed within the aforesaid stipulated Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Ram Karan Yadav Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A.
