Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Additional Government Advocate for respondents no.1 to 3 and Sri Subodh Kumar Pandey, Advocate holding brief of Sri Abhishek Dixit, learned counsel for respondent no. 4. 2. Instant petition has been filed praying for quashing of the first information report dated 3.08.2025 bearing Case Crime no. 549 of 2025 under Section 318(4), 316(2), 352, 351(3) of B.N.S, 2023, lodged at Police Station Kotwali City, District Hardoi. Further prayer is for a mandamus commanding the respondent nos. 2 and 3 not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance to the aforesaid FIR. 3. Upon filing of the petition, it was contended that the petitioners and respondent no.4 have entered into a compromise vide the compromise deed dated 23.9.2025, a copy of which is Annexure-2 to the petition. 4. This Court vide order dated 26.09.2025 had required the compromise deed to be placed before the learned Senior Registrar of this Court for verification of the said compromise. 5. In pursuance to the order of this Court dated 26.09.2025 the Senior Registrar of this Court vide his report dated 10.10.2025 has verified the compromise between the petitioners and respondent no.4. Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Pradeep Kumar Mishra Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A., Abhishek Dixit Vivek Mishra @ Vickky @ Vivek Kumar And Others .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Home Deptt. U.P. Lko. And Others .....Respondent(s) 6. As per the said compromise, the petitioners and respondent no.4 have agreed to end the dispute between themselves amicably. 7. Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is allowed. The proceedings of first information report dated 3.08.2025 bearing Case Crime no. 549 of 2025 under Section 318(4), 316(2), 352, 351(3) of B.N.S, 2023, lodged at Police Station Kotwali City, District Hardoi, are quashed.
