By the present petition, the petitioner approached this Court for a direction to the respondents for registering FIR in terms of the report dated 11.10.2024 submitted by the petitioner to the Superintendent of Police, Thoubal. During the course of hearing Mr.Thoungabma, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that FIR No.02(01)2025 KJM PS under Section 316(2) BNS has been registered and it is submitted that the prayer in the petition has become infructuous. It is submitted that the same may be closed. Mr.H.Samarjit, learned PP has no objection. Recording the submissions made at the Bar and with subsequent even of registering FIR No.02(01)2025 KJM PS, cause of the petition does not survive. The petition is closed.
