Petitioner is a Staff Nurse posted at CHC Kataula, District Mandi, H.P. and presently is on deputation at C.H Tegubehar, Tehsil Bhuntar District Kullu, H.P.. She seeks her permanent posting at Tegubehar, Tehsil Bhuntar District Kullu, H.P on the ground that her 10 years old son is suffering from 90% permanent disability. In this regard, 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes - 2 - petitioner is stated to have preferred a representation on 09.12.2025 (Annexure P-2) to respondent No.2. Her grievance is that the same has not been decided by the respondents till date. 3. In view of pleadings and relief claimed, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2 /Competent Authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and as per applicable notification/policy within a period of three weeks from today.
