Case No. 67/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 123, 103(1), 61(2) & 3(5) of the B.N.S. 2023, pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Godda. 3. Petitioner is wife of the deceased Ashish Kishore. She used to reside in her parental house with the deceased. It is alleged that on date of occurrence, the deceased died in a suspicious circumstance. 4. Attention has been drawn t towards paragraph no. 77 of the Case Diary. From perusal of which, it appears that the deceased had met with a road accident due to which he succumbed to his injuries. 5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Godda in connection with Pathargama P.S.
