JUSTICE RAJESH MAZUMDAR ORDER 14.10.2025 Mr N K Kalita, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner has submitted that he is under instructions, not to press this writ petition, in case liberty is granted to the writ petitioner to avail the remedy of an appeal against the order dated 09.09.2025, issued by the Estate Officer, NF Railway, Lumding, District, Hojai, Assam. 2. The said prayer has not been objected to by the Mr R K D Choudhury, learned DSGI, who appears for the respondent Nos. 1 and 2. 3.
