[2025:RJ-JP:22558] (3 of 3) [CRLMB-6830/2025] Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur West and bail order in FIR No.164/2021 at P.S. Surajpole, Udaipur.
8. We have gone through the bail orders passed by Co-ordinate Bench in aforesaid matters but after considering the
judgment in case of State of U.P. Through C.B.I vs Amaramani Tripathi (2005) 8 SCC 21, I am of considered view that while considering the bail of any person, criminal background or criminal antecedents are essentially required to be considered. This was further reiterated and relied in the case of Anil Kumar Yadav Vs. State (NCT) of Delhi (2018) 12 SCC 129=AIR 2017 SC 5398.
9. Looking to criminal background and criminal antecedents as available on record, I am of considered view that this is not a fit case wherein petitioner be released on bail.
10. Thus, the bail application under Section 483 BNSS filed by Santosh Shankar Rav Patil is hereby dismissed.
