ORDER ORDER: The Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik suraksha sanhita, 2023, is filed on behalf of the petitioner/sole accused to grant anticipatory bail in connection with Crime No.664/2023 of J.Madugu (u/G) Police Station, Y.S.R. District. 2. A case has been registered against the Petitioner for the Offence punishable u/see.324 of I.P.C. 3. Case of the prosecution in brief, iS that, On 10.12.2023 atabout3.00pm, the accused beat the father of the informant with stick and caused contusion to his right heap and bleeding injury on his right ankle, due to land dispute in survey Nos.114 and 115 of Bhemarayuni kottala VIllage fields of Jammalamadugu Mandal and this case is a counter case to Cr.No.662/2023 u/s 324, 506 I/w 34 of lPC. 4. Heard learned COunSel for the Petitioner and learned Assistant Public prosecutor for respondent-State. Perused the record. 5. Leamed Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 6. A perusal of the material available on record goes to show that it's a case and counter case and the petitioner herein gave the report, basing on which a case in cr.No.662/2023 dated 09.12.2023 was registered. According to the petitioner, the alleged incident is said to have tal~^r` nlace on a-.- -®| 09.12.2023 at 10.00am, thereafter as a counter blast by the petitioner herein, the cfe facfo complainant registered a case as Cr.No.664/2023 dated 10.12.2023 at about 03.00pm. ln view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to consider the prayer of the petitioner for grant of an{icipatory bail. 7. Accordingly, in the event of his arrest with regard to this crime, petitioner/sole accused shall be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the arresting police officials and also on condition that the petitioner shall make himself available for investigation as and when required and that he shall not cause any threat, inducement or promise to the prosecution witnesses. The petitioner shall appear before the Station House Officer concerned, once in a week i.e. on every Sunday between 10.00 am and 05.00 pm, till filing of the charge-sheet. 8, Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed.
