The petitioner is alleged to have committed indiscriminate assault upon the son of the informant which resulted in grievous injuries being suffered by him. On conclusion of investigation, charge sheet has been submitted. The petitioner is in custody since 06.05.2025. Regard being had to the above, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M, Pakur in connection with Maheshpur P.S.
