Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is seeking a limited relief that the revision petition which has been filed by the petitioner before the Commissioner, Bilaspur may be directed to be decided within some stipulated time period. 3. Learned State counsel submits that in view of limited prayed made by learned counsel for petitioner, he is having no objection. 4. Taking into consideration the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed off directing the concerned authority ie. the Commissioner, to decide the revision petition which was filed way back in the year 2024, within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of the order. 5.
